Transfer Rumours Summer Transfer window

Now that preseason is done, I'd like to see us sign 5 more players (RB, 2xCB, 2 forwards). Obviously 1 of the CBs looks close, and id like a ball playing right footed CB with big upside. I'd like either a cheaper experienced RB to challenge Hume or a real exciting young prospect. The 2 forwards I want them to be versatile, one that can play wide and as a no10 and one that could play wide and upfront.

Huggins
Seelt

We need some of our promising players to go and play week in week out so we can see what they are capable of. Players like Alese, Huggins and Seelt have shown glimpses but just haven't played enough minutes to be trusted in the PL imo.

I’ve been banging on for a while now it’s not 11 players on a match day it’s 20 players
We need a good enough bench to be asked to play when needed for that reason I would keep Seelt and Huggins
Until suitable replacements are found
We still need a strong squad to allow for injuries

Only encouraging thing for me in that article is that it’s the first time I’ve seen anywhere confirmation that we want TWO centre backs

we’ve all assumed it but nice to see it written down

 

We def need some game changers on the bench, it's an area we def need to strengthen

Agree about keeping Seelt and Huggins until replacements are found

If Seelt smashes the 1st couple of games he will likely stay until January at least

RLB has always been coy.

imagine if he said we’re close to 1 and it doesn’t happen, all hell would break loose. Cards close to chest is definitely the best way to play it.

 

Surely all those loans out will leave the bench half empty.

 

Not many of the lads today I feel staked a claim to be starting, I thought le fee and Neil were okay but nothing special, huggins I feel has missed his chance to stake his claim and may end up out on loan, Wilson looked rusty but as he said in his interview only start training Tuesday likewise rigg

Crying out for another winger hopefully one that can play both sides to push or go ahead of Talbi and adingra

Felt for browne being shunned to the left killed our game so unbalanced surprised if he isn't at a top end champ club by September probably like a few just wants to say they've been in a prem team

Still think we’re going to very busy on imcomings, need a few more bits of quality and depth. Going to be an exciting month, hopefully get good loans for our prospects on the verge of thr first team. Can’t wait for Saturday now

That's probably even too big of a squad tbh, but we need numbers then we can cut in January if needed
