I do to be honest. Because his contracts running down the pressures on them as well as us. I also think we totally have a few other options for the second. That's a bit obvious. I didn't say they didn't have decent starters already. Would be a bit strange if the league winners from last season didn't have a couple of half decent CBs.....

My point is that the CB market is extremely tough this window, if we want quality in . Every club is competing for them

Whether Liverpool want cover or starting players is irrelevant.

In fact, if they only want cover I'd say that means they'll be looking at exactly the same CBs as us
