Kelleher is very good and I was surprised at the fee but he did have only a year left on contract. Elliott is different imo, he's good enough to get in any top team. I'm not happy with him leaving but Slot doesn't seem to rate him. All opinion of course.
Chief will expect a fee of around 50m for garnacho. But we won't get paid well for elliot. Haters gonna hate innit
If Newcastle had any sense they would do well to get him added to the deal if they are going to sell.
That's right, and so here the point; if Slot doesn't rate him (clearly) , who is going to over pay for him? I'd also say Newcastle quite within their rights to say **** off if he's offered as a make weight for a player they don't want to sell. No other club in the league wants you lot to have Isak either, so they aren't going to help you fund it.
See above re Elliot. Amorim doesn't want or rate Garnacho. He can go for peanuts for all I/we care. Ditto Sancho, ditto Rashford.
Yeh you're not selling any of them while they're on mega bucks so great business from the financial joke that is utd
Nobody has to overpay but we're not going to sell him on the cheap either. As fans you have ideas of figures but let's face it they are not often correct. With the Newcastle thing it's not helping us fund it, I'm just saying I rate the player so they'd do well to get him included IF they are going to sell.
Opinion. He'd be up against Odengaard at Arsenal so a tough task, Chelsea he'd be in over Pedro imo. City he's up against an inconsistent Foden.
It's not Pedro he'd be up against ... more Fernandes, Caicedo, Palmer and Lavia ... and he ain't winning against any of them ...
He's not really that type of player closest is Palmer I suppose and he'd certainly have got in ahead of him last season.
