Watched A.C. Milan vs Napoli on the telly in a sports bar in Naples once. To say it got excitable is a bit of an understatement - I'd love to have taken in a proper game.
Bet that was fantastic, these people absolutely live full throttle and Naples was infectious. I’m moving to the south of Italy in September/October so desperately hoping to get to a few Napoli games (and bring my friends across)…
If we get fee restriction reduced to just this window and we can’t play Puerta or Laalaoui could we do a player swap loan deal for Frigan till Jan then buy him and register the other 2 then?.
Is that the news? Mcburnie deadline. 15 pages since last night read 2 about how good Hull is and how it should be bigger. Now jumped to last unread page about Naples and that's it. Anything else note worthy happened?
Interestingly Laalaoui was sitting behind the bench with a few of the injured players, no sign of Puerta though.
I like the way SJ operates. His no nonsense "Make your mind up" style - plus the fact that he is apparently a very good man- manager is what we need. Hopefully giving Mcburnie a deadline means we have other options to move on to if he decides not to join us
Judging by Cooper’s Facebook live, I would suggest it’s more likely that Frigan ends up here than McBurnie.
His gut is that McBurnie is going to say no but did say that was if he was pushed and things could change. He then said of Frigan that if the EFL reduce the ban to a point City can spend that a deal around £4m/£5m seems doable. Although I took generally from his tone his guess is that Kyle Joseph will be the main striker and we may see a Pedro-esque signing to provide further cove to him.
