Could anyone on here enlighten me as to when these turn up / how they work ?? I renewed my passes in June with an upfront for the season payment to try and help Acun with his cash flow problems .:emoticon-0100-smile!! I was told at the time the club was changing to digital passes and they would be sent out soon . I’ve heard nothing since then and as an old technophobe I’m a little confused. Thanks in advance.

Just going by what I was told over the phone when renewing in June ? If I remember correctly I was told digital pass or £10 extra for card ? I’m still confused.
You need to speak to the ticket office, the digital pass and the card are the same thing aren’t they?

I suspect. it'll just be like a travel card, gym card - downloadable via the app or an email and easily added to the wallet and scanned like the regular card - this is a good thing, it's the only card I have to remember these days

I shall be going this week to purchase a season ticket, paying up front for the season, but changing my seat because the knobhead behind me does my crust in. If they're going to say I can no longer have a physical card, they can forget it..Like loads of people I don't own an iPhone. Just a simple pay and go.

Yeah, I've no doubt some people would prefer a physical card....but providing one for me (and maybe some others) is a hassle for me and the club....

I doubt theyll stop physical cards, you'll probably just have to pay a couldn't have quid for one.

still doing normal cards I believe

If that's the case there shouldn't be a problem...I'll give the ticket office a call tomorrow to ask, just to make sure. Tar....
Following the guy who, on Saturday, tried to buy tickets for the friendlies, but was told they can't sell them on a rugby day, I just wonder sometimes if the ticket office is fit for purpose...
I've always found the ticket office to be very helpful, the tickets not sold on a rugby day might not be their decision. :emoticon-0138-think

The views expressed in my posts are not necessarily mine.

You can use your cards from last season. Everyone is getting a digital pass. If you are a new member then it's a digital pass but you can have a card as well if you pay £10.
