Wash your mouth out Mrs lalala, Christmas shopping indeed. Much more important things to do than that. Been looking after my 8 yr old grandson this weekend and he didn't leave us till 3pm this afternoon. Am away next week so had to do the packing for tomorrow after he went. (Can't trust the other half to fold things into a suitcase). My grandson takes over my computer when he is here playing such wonderful games as Robloxs, Moshi and some Penguin thing. Rivetting stuff but I have to sit beside him for hours watching him do stuff and nodding approval in the right places. It's an art but somebody has to do it. Bottom line is I don't get a look in on here. Got to do my next weekend predictions as I don't get back until late on Friday. Couldn't miss out as I'm on a roll.
 
Right, that's me off to bed early tonight as I have a 5am start tomorrow and need my beauty sleep. I have counted the crisps and nuts so no helping yourselves. I've left a round in behind the bar for anyone who can be arsed to come on and claim one. Behave yourselves whilst I'm not here and I'm leaving mexijan to monitor idiot posts and keep people in line. Somebody has to get the mods to behave and he is far enough away at the moment not to feel threatened. plymborn, leave the parrot alone it's not good being obsessed. I used to be an animal lover but I'm cured now. Mouldy, no more Hen nights you are getting too old. Mrs lalala and Gat, keep swatting up on the football rules as there might be a test next week. See you next weekend and look after my club in my absence.

It's alright now brb he's gone to bed now. During the hen party I found the spare key to the crisp lock up, so tomorrow its pasty and clotted cream flavoured crisps all round from sensible's own private stash! <party>
 
Gat-Po.............My wife and I are generally majoring on Christmas cards at this time of the month.

We have used the same method for awhile now............she buys and writes and puts the name on the front............I then sought out the address and write it (can look a little strange two different writing styles on the envelope)...........I buy the stamps (dearer than the cards) and post them.

Received our first card by the way on Nov21st...........just a tad early............I expect they are writing their Easter cards as I do this.

Up in the loft today.........to bring down all the Christmas boxes and tree.............got to do a show for the grandchildren havn't you.
 
Your not letting your hair down Mrs LaLa (assuming it's long enough)..........just because old boy sensible is off the net until late Friday...........honest I won't tell him.
 
Hi joe, he had them stored in a locked box in his cellar. I think he hides them when they are delivered and eats them when he is hiding from Mrs Lala and Gat. They don't taste too bad, but after a couple of packets and some IPA, you sort of forget about everything!
 
I HOPE I'M NOT TALKING TO LOUD FOR ALL YOU PARTY ANIMALS................FANCY THROWING A PARTY JUST BECAUSE SENSIBLE HAS BEEN DRAGGED AWAY UNTIL FRIDAY..............he'll be worrying what havoc you've caused in his cellar.............a major stocktaking excercise will be needed when he comes back.

I got some serious tidying up to do in his cellar, starting with his wellies!
We had the party in the cellar as we didn't want the bar to get too untidy and boy, is it a mess down here.
