I can't wait for january.

I can't withhold my excitement for what Nigel and Nicola have in store for us!!

I am hoping for a big signing with a few others.

Its going to be like another christmas.

HOPEFULLY

I seem bobby Zamora seems to have fallen out with Martin jol. Maybe an audacious bid for him might be the big name. Or maybe were looking at big Jon Parkin. We just dont know

Nigel will bring in another forward. After yesterday, we will also need to think about getting cover for Kelvin.

Zamora - no.

Injury prone, and wages would be too high!

We need someone that wants to step up to the mark and wants to go one better.

I think signing a Prem striker = too big for their boots type player...

We need 1 or 2 players who have Prem experience and fit in with the other players.

1 Bobby Zamora
2 Nico Kranjcar

I've spent months thinking about this one!

No player will drop from getting £50k a week in the Prem into the Championship and quite frankly, I wouldn't want them if it was money reasons alone they were coming here.

We've got where we have with hungry players wanting to prove themselves. Not has-beens.

Approaching the January transfer window, so there are bound to be hundreds of rumours banded about over the coming weeks.

I've heard from a couple of places that Andy Johnson from Fulham is rumoured to be mulling over a move to Saints. I can't see this happening, and at 30 I think he is past what we should be looking for.

What do you think though would you welcome him? Loan til the end of the season perhaps?

Also, at a long shot, what about Gary Hooper? Pricey but scores goals for fun at Celtic.

Billy Sharp has put his house up for ale and is coming to us in January.
