What a performance by Stoke today. We were just immense. Started well, got the ball round the sides, got crosses in and Spurs had no idea what hit them. Sluggish start from them but we took advantage. They controlled most of the 2nd half, Bale put in some cracking deliveries and we defended them with a bit of luck and superb defending. The red card certainly helped us. Not sure if they had a shot after that.
Some super individual performances, namely Crouch, Etherington, Whelan, Whitehead, Huth, Shawcross, Woodgate and Shotton. I'd plump for Shotton as man of the match, as it was energy and pace in the early stages that set us up today.
Some cracking chants today as well: "Gareth Bale you look like a chimp" and "Tony Pulis' barmy army. We pay tax"
The BBC review of the game claims Spurs played a 3-5-1-2 in the second half. That's not possible. Fail.

I don't /have never complained about refs... but the ref this, Foy that.. And, MOTD 2 didn't show Parker blatantly KICK Ryan first half which, should have been a RED card IMHO.
