I know people have said they don't rate Adingra on the right but watching this video from last season, against premier league defenders, he does seem to have spent a fair amount of time out there at Brighton. And whilst I'm sure he's better on the left, he's surely a better option than Roberts on the right.

okay i change my mind

Info: Neil El Aynaoui

The Lens midfielder was called up by Walid Regragui in June. However, he will not be present, apparently injured in the adductors during the last Ligue 1 match.

His entourage confirms that he has indeed chosen Morocco, however. footmercato.net/a5752249733956…

If he's not selected for Morocco I want him more. Need to dig out a highlights video...

The Premier League feels like a different beast to 10 years ago, the new style of play favours athletic players over non-athletic players with other good attributes, in that way it is resembling American sports more than ever, I wonder if we'll soon see another iteration where we can outthink the athletes with better position and tactics, and beat them that way?
There’s an element of evolution already happening in the way that ceding possession and not looking for slow, intricate buildup has been impactful over the past season or two. I’m certain that there’ll be a new edge that gets found at some point that changes thinking across the league in the next few years but I’ve got no idea what that change is. I guess if I did, I’d be working in football!:emoticon-0102-bigsm

Delighted with Adringa. I really do like him. He has load of obvious abilities such as pace and great feet. What I am always really impressed with is his composure just before the final play, whether a pass or shot. His head is up and he has that half second to execute. Very good trait to have in the final 3rd. I also think he anticipates things really well, whether it be a rapid break, chance to pinch or just a sniff of a half chance. We have another good one imo. Plus the bonus of prem experience, bonus.

I totally get that out of the 3 teams promoted we were well behind Leeds and Burnley... But after a couple of weeks of transfer activity..where do you think we stand beside these other two squads. As I don't know the players we have bought, but their reputations are good, make me think we have closed the gap on both teams
