One month to the start of the season.

Incoming nil.

I know these things can happen quickly but it would be good to see some progress.

Also as BBM looks to be heavily involved on the coaching side, understandably, then who is sourcing and negotiating signings.

If we are relying on the Chuckle Brothers that is not good news.

By comparison, the Jacks have 4, .maybe 5 new guys already. FFS!!!
I can imagine one or two more out before we see any in.

Still don't understand letting Simic go.

For all his benevolence during his tenure which has essentially kept us afloat, Vince Tan and his appointed top management tier have displayed all the hallmarks of how not to run a football club. Every club makes poor decisions on times, but CCFC supporters have witnessed far too many dreadfull high level management gafs regarding team management and player acquisition.

The balance has been wrong, the structure has been wrong, and the current owner is using money to keep the club afloat rather than making it successful. Before anyone says he took us to the Prem twice, it's fair to say he also got us relegated twice as well - with the addition of a third time that has put us in League One.

I've no idea if the Bale fronted bid for the club is the right way forward, but something needs to change.

I'll see if I can by the link, but I read that Cardiff were regarded as the worst run club in the top 4 divisions.<doh>

As the old saying goes, if you can't change the people, change the people. Unfortunately, one man holds that decision.

Like most on here I hoped he would stay. I don't know what sort of money he was on but probably one of the bigger earners.

Leaves a big gap offensively and as a left back.

If we lose anymore of our experienced, we'll regarded players there will be big holes to fill and not much time to do it.

All the young signings mentioned in the article appear most likely to be under 21 players.

Bagan is our longest serving player now.

Every picture tells a story.

It shows the size of task BBM has, not only to rebuild the squad but also to get us competitive or better in Div. 1.

I suppose our longest serving continuous first team player is Ng, with 5 seasons.

A great lack of continuity and senior players with the skills to inspire, motivate, encourage and give bollockings where needed.
