I would think Kaminski was on a few dollars at Luton.
I'm guessing that he will be on a package of a good 10k a week, probably more.
Hopefully this is a sign that we will splash the cash where needed.
The two most important signings are a keeper and a forward, let's hope we're pleasantly surprised with a partner for Godden.

I assume he was not Luton's first choice goalkeeper. They've just been relegated to League One.
 
So we have bought the goalkeeper who played almost the whole of Luton's relegation season.

How is that a good thing? <doh>
 
Our keeper is supposedly to have cost ~£1m.

It’s been a while since we spent that kind of money I believe

Luton paid more for him when they signed him.
 
Just signed a dude from Stockport, he was playing 4th Division football two seasons ago.
We might be spending a bit more money, we have to now in the Championship, but it will be interesting how it is compared to others.

They're creaming themselves over on CL, totally overlooking his background and the level we are playing at next season.

People are getting carried away at the fact we are spending more money than we have been, we have to at this level now. We are a small fish in a big pond, whereas before we were the big fish.

Doesn't always work out. We got Ramsay from Harrogate, Edwards from Dunfermline JF-H from Chelsea. Robbo and Kinsella from the lower divisions. It depends on the quality of the scouting. Brighton and Brentford have proved that.

I'll give you that, but in the main I'm always wanting experience at the level we're playing at.
