The primary school i went to actually used Tracing paper as bog roll.

 

I'd have been a smartarse and said, "Actually it was Allah." Then no doubt question why she's a teacher if she made such an obvious mistake.

No wonder teachers hated me

 

I hate people who put 'are' instead of 'our.' Is it really that hard to remember?! They're both 3 letter words for christ sake!

The one that really pisses me off is "your" and "you're", and they're instead of there or their.

 

excusable if a typo we all do that but some constantly do it like a friend of mine

 

Anyone noticed the stupid and disgusting cost saving measure in Tesco's toilets. They've made the bog roll stupidly narrow (width wise not thickness), the first time I used some it made a right mess, ****ing health hazard. Now I just take an excessively long strip of it, making sure I keep my hands clean and sticking it to them by costing them money for being so tight with bog roll. Bastards!!

I once went into a beautiful pub toilet and it was absolutely sparkling, the only thing that let it down was a sign saying "Please leave this toilet as you expected to find it". So I smashed the locks off the doors, ripped the toilet seats off, pissed on the floor and smeared **** all up the walls.

Gets right on my tits when Ed Harrison does it on nufcblog, but I'll forgive him for that. It's the constant grammatical errors - and random hyphens - and general lack of proof reading that is worse (see what I did there?). I really respect how much work he does for it etc., but that kind of stuff is important. Also, he is very fond of the phrase 'waxing lyrical'...

While we're on the spelling/grammar stuff, lol reaaaaaly pisses me off. Especially when people say it.

 

Only ever heard somebody say it outloud once, and they never said it again after the response they got from everybody present. No issue with it typed online though, I've used it and seen it used since the early days of IRC Anybody else been online since the early 90s?
