Wigan pasties better than Cornish.

Bob Dylan wasn't really that good.

The Beatles were an old version of One Direction.

French wine is overrated.
 
Anything that goes alright the general consensus. - Not sure what this means?

Wigan pasties better than Cornish. Wigan is more a pie place I'd say, the pasty in a barm is a Bolton thing, the pie barm is Wigan. (Devon pasties are nice too)

Bob Dylan wasn't really that good. - Correct

The Beatles were an old version of One Direction. - not correct.

French wine is overrated. - also correct, Spanish, Italian and Portuguese piss it.

Have never drunk piss as a substitute, so will defer to your expertise...

French wine bought directly from the vineyards is superb - but only done it in places like Gaillac and Cahors tbf ...

He's spot on and the French government have massively invested in the wine industry over the last decade to try and save it. Yes if you spend a load of money there is still good French wine but lots of countries are producing a better product.

Was always much more a Stones fan ... one of my uncles gave me his High Tide and Green Grass album when I was quite young ... loved it ... and that was that ...

Never had a Wigan pasty, but one of my old bosses was from Wigan and she caught me looking agog at her about to sink her teeth into a Pie between two buttered up slices of bread and exclaimed 'What's up love, you never seen a pie butty before ?'

So on that evidence I'm gonna say **** no. And also unless you're buying a proper pasty from a butchers or farm shop, then the rubbish you get in Warrens or Greggs can do one.

Bob Dylan was a brilliant lyricist, but a terrible singer. Tom Waits is the far better version of Bob Dylan

The Beatles were ****e and so are One Direction.

French wine can be very very good, but it is a country that also produces a lot of cheap wine for the export market.
