You can send your children to a Christian faith school if you're that concerned. Problem is you have to be a Christin and go to church and lots can't be bothered doing that.

The bible don't specifically stress you have to go to Church to be a good Christian, it does however, state the requirement for Christian gathering, I can do that at Spoons. <whistle>

It also emphasis' on fellowship, that's why we created not606, where all religions can gather together, unless your name is @Sucky :bandit: (only joking suckster)

Tell you what surprised me today, and probably shows out of touch i am, but I didn't realise we still built schools in the UK based on religion. In this case the discussion was around Catholic schools. I honestly never realised we still attached religion to school, specifically new builds. I went to a CofE but assumed that was a thing of the past.

I thought I had chatted this a few weeks back, I was surprised we still built what I call religious schools, thought we'd done away with all that. Surely in a joined up multicultural society this should be a thing of the past, other than religious education on all faiths, including any minorities with in a specific class/group.

All my kids went to a church school the last one left just over a year ago.

Jews don't have heaven and hell, that was tagged on by the Romans so it would be more acceptable to pagans, much like christmas and easter were.

Made me laugh yesterday when the Tories said Labour would have to put up taxes to fund their spending, labour retaliated by saying the Tories had put up taxes to record levels in their last parliament. OK they did but you haven't reduced any, which is what you'd do if you were that outraged by it, but no let's increase them even more.
