**** Street.
Apparently according to the Met Office it’s going to piss it down causing flash floods, potential lightning damage, landslides, tornadoes, hailstorms, thunderstorms damage to buildings, power cuts, fallen trees, overturned cars, loss of life and shipping, bus and train cancellations, sports fixtures abandoned and total carnage akin to the Apocalypse. Personally I’m out on the piss around the Old Town so if I don’t make it home safely, thanks everyone, it’s been a blast.

It’s only the weather for ****s sake.<cheers>

edit. Will a Tsunami in the Humber reach 3 John Scott’s?

#PrayforBlackAndAmberGambler. Meanwhile, in contrast to your wet weather, I’ve been toiling away in 40 degrees heat, here in Cyprus, but hey, someone’s got to do it! A tad worrying this afternoon, a wild grassland fire in next village to where I am, sirens sounded, had fire planes & helicopters flying over very low, the house was vibrating! (No comment necessary!). What a sight though flying so low in convoy! Time for some refreshment I think.

Ps. Historical question for you, why is 3 John Scott’s called that? I learnt that on my HCC maritime history tour, although can’t quite remember, I’ve had a few drinks since then!

It's named that because three reverends on the trot at St Mary's Church opposite were called John Scott.

Do I get a prize now love? :emoticon-0145-shake

Oh yea, enjoy your break love.<cheers>

Torrential downpour at Colleta and Tyson, dry on Kingswood. It's raining now at Sigglesthorne garden centre, fish and chips for tea in Hornsea next, sod the weather. :emoticon-0138-think
