Like others have said i really can't see the Isak deal happening but clearly something has triggered all this conjecture .
I think it's a great approach. Minimise the risk of falling foul of ffp, sign quality players that will be here for years rather than a handful of mediocre players. What's not to like? TBF, you'd moan if they bought you a gold watch

Can’t see us spending silly money on Isak. I think if we could get him for 85-100m the club might do it but want assurances from him and not sure Newcastle let him go for that. Quansah to Leverkusen looks like happening. Mixed feelings, home grown young player who has shown real promise. However is prob 4th choice and if can get 30m for him can use that to reinvest in a CB that maybe first choice to replace Konate in a year of vvd long term. Hato from Ajax seems the one that’s linked however with Quansah going we are starting to lack HG players. Never been hugely impressed by Guehi but prem experience and happy to play on left hand side of defence.
Waiting for holidays for players to end and transfers to happen. But you know it's the truth. Both know they can sit and collect then go elsewhere for a free and collect.
