Can we have a new thread to discuss new threads being made to keep the general transfer thread and Sunderland transfer thread in two separate threads? Thanks!
It wasn't my intention to change how this thread operates. Simply to have an additional thread which consolidates links in the opening post. But I don't want to dictate how people use either thread, post what you want where you want I say!!!
Yeah I just thought it'd make sense for the one you made to be a quick place if you want to see if there is any new links really
I agree because if I’m correct the other thread only wants concrete links where as I started coming here regularly to see who the likes of @Scout73 and @JimHeron92 think would be good profiles for us(also to see @CR17 be late) and I think we lose a bit of that if we go down that route
Great to have 2 threads as we all know @CR17 will break at least 1 of them There will be some duplication but the other one will be great to put the actual links on it so folk don't have to scroll through pages and pages on here to found no new players have been linked
Ngl, I love Mayenda and Isidor, but a striker link who's worth a bit of dosh would send me to another planet
Aye - building my other thread it occurred to me how few of our links have been proper wingers. A position we need at least 2 signings in.
did see a mag say that if they sell for 120m or whatever, its approx 60m profit on what they paid and by PSR rules allows them to spend 300m spread over 5 years it might be the answer to their psr problems, as no matter what you think of them, their spending for the most part hasnt remotely been like city in the hughes days
I'd like to see more movement on outgoings but in a way the lack of movement should also give confidence about incomings, as its clear the market hasn't really kicked off properly yet. But if they don't happen, Matete and Hemir to impress in pre-season and start the West Ham game. Scenes when Hemir gets the winner
In my opinion rw is our biggest need we needed better in the championship never mind the premier league
It's madness to remember that they spent all that cash in brought in some huge names but kept him as manager
I know the consensus was that championship signings don't provide the value - but what about Tom Fellows from West Brom? Would give us something different on the right as a rare right footed winger who whips crosses in from the right rather than cuts inside.
