The enormous fee transfers don't often work out but I do think Wirtz will. He is unbelievably good.
Liverpool will honestly be a joy to watch this season if it all works out as planned. Might have to watch through my hands when they come to the SoL though.

Sagnan and Kipre are just agent talk tbf (I reckon), don't think we'd leave ourselves that short.

Yeah, I would just expect it to be honest. Very little meaning in these relationships nowadays, they are very transactional.
We were always a stepping stone for the lad and that worked out beautifully for both parties but now it is absolutely done and gone and forgotten.
Loved him while he was here but now he's just another player who doesn't play for Sunderland.
Even with those signings our best back four might be Hume, Ballard, Alese, Cirkin.

He’s class but it’s disgusting and immoral when families can’t afford their dinner never mind watch the game
So are £1m transfers in that context. You can view elite sport as a whole through that lens.
