I think it’s a more calculated gamble than the rest tbh. Hopefully it’s a numbers game and this number comes up jackpot. I have a good feeling about him though.

.. I still wonder though, what actually makes him a better option than hiring someone from any number of UK based coaches with 3 of their chosen assistants? Is the football they play in Bosnia and Croatia that much more special somehow in terms of developing coaches than English football? Ok, he has some experience of UEFA competitions, but it mostly consists of qualifying for the Europa Conference League and getting knocked out early!
As most seem to be saying, hopefully we strike lucky this time.
