We had a neighbour, twat that he was, when asked how long he still had to go on his restoration of the house (already had been 6 months) claimed just a couple more weeks. 3 years later and it's still nowhere near to being finished.

70k would be bang on the money for now, still think they need to build with an eye on further expansion in the future but 70k would be a sweet spot for right now.

From what I've seen all it really says is that the club is united and they (Rueben Bros) are fully behind the club for the long term.

To me, it reads like that statement may be more to do with the new stadium rather than anything negative.
