Some good tagging back in the old school politics thread days which I think eventually spelled the end.
It don't mate, I do keep telling people this. The only reason I know there is a post here is due to notifications like everyone else, when a thread you have commented in will send you one reminder a new post has appeared, but after that one post, if you haven't looked, you receive no more.
I've even had people accuse me off ignoring them, because they've tagged me and i've not replied, I only see these disputes when I randomly wander, so it is quite funny how uptight people get, thinking i'm ignoring them....well I am...but the tag genuinly never worked it's just chance I've seen the comment.
This is what I see, I assume it's the same as everyone else...
