46 league games is just a monumental challenge, and without those few exceptions, teams are very similar talent wise, its all about recruitment for the championship
and if ours is wrong again, it really doesnt matter who the manager is or itll be a back to basics defensive priority to stay up from december again

Sellés played 4-2-4 and 4-2-2-2 a few times. Walter exclusively 4-3-3. Rosenior played 4-2-3-1 religiously except the one time he played a midfield diamond without wingers and never played it again despite it working well.

No he doesn't. That's just silly. Look at who he sanctioned to come in during Roseniors time. Then more recently do you really think he sanctioned the further additions of the likes of Millar, Belloumi, Matazo, Alzate, Puerta, Hughes, etc to have " a lower half of the table squad". Let's keep it real.

But your right, he's unproven in England. This is shota all over again. Justifying his record.. He may be good im not writing him off but it's a justified concern.

That was so strange, we had no wingers at all really weren’t we playing Slater and Tufan out wide ffs? That diamond produced an absolutely fantastic performance wasn’t it at home v Blackburn? Then that was that never seen again.
