When I employed anyone I didn't know personally, I used to go and travel to see examples of their previous work. Geordie, Smoggy, Mackem, didn't matter, the only thing that mattered was the end product. If some one produces quality work on previous occasions, the odds are they will do so again. MON has produced quality previously, so of course I am confident he can do so with the backing of our great club.

I think that was your lot's stumbling block at Norwich if I remember rightly. They are fantastic in the air, but if we'd had Taylor and Colo, things could've been different I think as they would've matched them fairly well. Fair result today overall. I'm glad we've already got 26 points, because if we play like that we won't get many more.
