Farke has it must be said done a great job in bonding a group of players into champions of the Championship from the mess he inherited when he took over , not many Leeds managers have achieved This in the championship.
But the nagging question is should farke stay as manager of Leeds united in the premiership as he initially came in to just get Leeds united out of the Championship following our relegation from the premiership the previous season.
And with Farkes record in the premiership being dismal to say the least should he stay in charge or be thanked for his efforts and given a golden hand shake and look for a new leader with a successful record in the premier league ? which there are a few out there ie mourinio , Claudio Ranieri, Klopp etc
I must also say there has been a few games this season 2024 - 2025 where he has made errors of judgement in players , and style of play doing his usual bringing subs on at 70 mins and at times no plan B would this work in the premier league ?

My take on farke is he should stay i would give him till new years day to prove himself and if Leeds are below 14th then on new years day I would sack him , if Leeds are 14th or above I would keep him in charge as below 14th seems to get dragged into the relegation area dog fight , but 14th or above seems to have enough points and belief to stay up and by new years day we will know how we are doing and also if it's not going well we still have time in january transfer market to get a few players bought or loaned by a new manager.

If we could have got better, replace him, as it doesn’t seem we can, support and back him and see where it takes us. Position on New Year’s Day, that depends on our transfer activity 14th might be 12 points clear of relegation, I’d take that

I've been one of his worst critics but he deserves the chance after he's done what was asked of him.
Let's see what he can do with a few additions, we will know by Christmas how well he is doing, or not<yikes>
not looking forward to the corrupt Premier league to be honest, I may hibernate for the season.

Farke spent about a million before our seasons in the Premiership. McKenna at Ipswich spent more than £100m for the same result.

On another note, imagine telling Ipswich at the start of the season, with one game to go you’ll be one place behind Spurs and two places behind Man U - Bet they’d have taken that

To be honest I don't think we will be back in championship for many years as we have got the money and backing now if we do well in premier league Red bull might buy more percentage and they have got enormous pulling power.
Red Bull is estimated to be worth $18.98 billion.

Yes we got to remember norwich did not have the money that we have and did not back farke , its a different story this time , if we buy players like we did last summer and loaners they were really good choices of players , Solomon has been excellent , AO Tanaka has the makings of one of the best central midfielders in a leeds shirt for some time and I can't wait to see him taking on and beating premiership players his name and presence is only going to grow, I expect lots of premier clubs are going to be after him , we must look after these players .

I heard on the grapevine that man u are going to give man u manager amorin useless tw.t he is in charge of them , the board are going to keep him in charge to see how he goes on at start of next season , so I'm hoping we play them in the League early in season before they tell him to p.ss off after we beat them.
Ha ha he's doing a grande job ha ha
