I’ve just been reading how Everton fans sabotaged the Liverpool celebrations with blue flares inside and outside of Anfield.

That’s good bantz, tbf.

Saw it on TV - it was a sea of blue flares, Everton fans causing chaos and riot police trying to shield the poor Liverpool fans from the vigilante Everton ultras. Honest, like.

Nah .... still the Premier League ... run by ... err... the Premier League ... just as the old (less competitive) First Division was always run by the Football League ... their top League was rebranded as The Championship ... but it's still run by the Football League...

... you're just a bit miffed that you peaked too early with your previous comment ... <laugh>
Some straw clutching going on here Fosse. It was that uncompetitive and yet Leicester still couldn’t get anywhere near a title <laugh>

1928 mate - finished second ... couldn't get much closer ...in the days when you couldn't easily buy success ...<whistle>

... and you really don't get me mate - you seem to take my posts way too seriously... winding up the scousers on here is really just for fun ... I actually quite like the ones that post on this board ... don't even mind the 'div kid' ... <laugh>

I think Preston (PNE), Spurs, Aston Villa and Arsenal were the first four teams to do the double, so I knew they had all won titles. I didn't know Sunderland had won the top tier, despite it being 6 times! I probably did know Everton had in the 80's but in all truth can't remember it.

I'll be surprised that those fighting for top 5 ain't involved IF we get to the final but have no idea why we have requested it tbh...it makes us look arrogant as **** ... like we're already in the final and it don't matter whether we win or lose.
Yet another how not to master class from us <laugh>

Yeah they didn’t get to compete in Europe for some reason.

Chelsea were champions of England in 1955 when the first European Cup tournament was announced.
