Are you old enough to recall his playing days Nev?

Remember the old joke?

Q: Why is McCoist the perfect Sub?

A: Because he's always ready to dive dive dive.

He was a cheating **** too, that's why he's attempting to stick up for him, Aluko is a cheating ****, end of story.

Dinny tawk pish.

That's the opinion of many people who saw him play (and not just Celtic fans).

It's besides the point though, no one seems to want to answer the 3 questions I posed because they know i'm right.

Many people in Scotland hated him because of his scoring exploits its natural <ok>

Quote i canny be bothered going back to page 2 I'll answer as best as i can.

I dont remember him being a diver anyway. I think you're at it.

diving is a new trend, Coisty is old school
McCoist wasn't averse to going to ground after a 'mild touch.'

As for standing up for the cheat and liar, I appreciate he is supporting his player but he is really making an arse of himself to do it. I thought the Rangers old school ethics of dignity would stop that. Obviously not.

You are avoiding answering because you know i'm right <ok>

Your avoiding re posting them because you know the answers might scare you <ok>

I actually can't be bothered because super and harry are on my ignore and even hovering past them gives me the urge to read them which is basically volunteering for eye rape.

1: Did Aluko dive?
2: Do you think diving is acceptable by ANY player?
3: Should divers be punished?

On you go <ok>

1) More than likely hes a wee **** so maybe he did manage to fall down on a soft touch but I'd go for a dive.
2) No not at all (unless you are C Ronaldo, then its OK)
3) Yes but during the game, retrospective punishment is not the way forward and will become obsolete as soon as TV Replays come into it. I believe punishing him for it was proper but 2 games for something the referee missed is high to me (I'd claim the same if it was any player not just a rangers player) a 1 game ban is the only fair compromise for me because he wasn't red carded (like trev says 2 game ban) and because they applied it retrospectively when during the match it would've been a yellow card.
4) Do i blame McCoist for supporting his players? no not at all i don't think its fair to judge him at all because during the Ferguson & McGregor fiasco and the Lafferty fiasco I'm confident he sided with Walter Smith both times but this is in no way any comparison what so ever.

are the bans only coming in for people who dive for penalties?

That's a fair question - I'm assuming that the SFA will say no but, in practice, it'll be dives for penalties that they look at the most.

The only other instance I can think of (and it was a different body) where a player was sanctioned for a non-penalty incident was when FIFA banned Rivaldo for 3 games after his face clutching at a corner (against Turkey, I think).

Either every **** gets banned or every **** gets better at diving

2 match ban for being a fairy is fair...eh?
