All isn't feasible really though. I actually think 1000 is a lot to try and sort on the day and 500 would have been better. I'll be getting there super early if I get chosen as can see it being utter chaos tbh along with the crowds of Everton fans without tickets. Don't agree about fans not getting on ladder either. Last season was my first ST for years and now I'm in the top bracket and there's only been two matches I've not qualified for this season.
Yeah it's quite easy to get to the top or near the top bracket TBH. Even though I binned off my ST this year if/when I get one for next season it will be quite easy to get back up the ladder again.
This is extremely poor from the club imo. https://www.dailyecho.co.uk/news/25092965.southampton-fc-fan-appalled-memorial-covered/
Yeah I understand that with the reconfiguration this was likely to happen and that they're in the process of moving them but it wouldn't have been hard to communicate that to fans?
Bit of a dilemma ahead of Everton tickets going on sale tomorrow. Would much prefer the upper tier but I'm guessing they'll only open the lower first and presumably there's a chance we'll send the upper back if sales are slow?
They were late putting them on but I got mine. Bit bullet and got lower tier Well I say late they were on time really but later than usual.
Trying to buy a ticket for myself and the old man - but he's a 65+ supporter and the website only lets me choose two adult tickets. So it keep greying him out and telling me I'm not allowed to buy a pair of tickets. Now sitting in the phone queue to speak to the ticket office (again) This has happened repeatedly this season
The ticket system is hilariously bad. At least it's an early window so you should be okay still and not get lumped with restricted view.
Yeah, so bad. I had the same issue with Spurs away and after ringing the ticket office they said 'It's because your Dad is over 65 and you're trying to buy two adult tickets.' Erm, no. I am trying to buy the right ticket but your system doesn't allow me to and wants to charge me the higher amount, for the wrong ticket, and is then locking me out of just completing on the wrong transaction amount and handing you extra money just for the sake of having it done and over with. Hilariously bad is so true I'm #6 in the queue now, so hopefully sorted before the (decent) seats time out
Thankfully, as pretty much always, the ticket office staff were very helpful and put the transaction through for me without losing the seats that I wanted. Managed to get a Travelodge in the city on the Saturday for close to £100 rather than £200, so will head up the day before and do some touristing
The thing the infuriates me is how it blocks you from entering once you've purchased so you can't then get one for somebody on friends and family. Glad you got sorted. I'm also heading up on the Saturday as been to both teams before but been in and out so not seen much of city.
Also worth mentioning that for anyone who wants a programme they're gonna basically be A4 magazines and a pain to carry but you can order online which is what I plan on doing. I'll dig the link out later after work.
Programme link - https://reachsportshop.com/matchday_programme/everton-v-southampton-18-05-2025/ Ordered 3. One for me, one for a pal, and one for eBay in about a decade
Ipswich have announced their renewal prices. No early bird discount, and an adult price rise of roughly £40 - £60 depending on seat location. So Leicester announced their prices before they were mathematically relegated, and now Ipswich followed suit. Whilst we continue to wait, despite being the first to know where we'll be next season.
