OK, I get the question and point now. There were 2 or 3 things going on and I wasn't sure what was being questioned. **** me, such a crime eh!
So it wasn't the 'discussion' that I was asking about, where Syd thought it big & clever to call me a ****.
If I want to be pedantic or accurate, I can say I didn't actually deny it (saying Egan was boring), but simply asked back the following "I don't think "boring" was ever mentioned? Comments about being too negative and nearly always playing it back though. Just fact. Great tackle 2nd half and a very solid defensive display tbf". That's a question, not me stating I didn't say it.
Anyway. So yep, turns out I can't refute making the quote. Moment of frustration I guess. Tbh, I didn't recall actually saying 'boring' (as per my earlier response in the paragraph above). But yes, I can see and admit I did.
I don't take back the underlying comments that he is too negative etc. But also note he put on a very good defensive display on Monday.
And there you go, just like that, I hold my hands up and admit I was wrong; something I apparently can't do eh, even though I've demonstrated once again that I can and do.
Yet I'm the one who apparently is a **** and who needs to get a life. Wonderful.

Because it wasn't a case of a simple 'yes I said it' which you'd understand if you bothered to actually read and actually tried to understand the response above.
If you did that then maybe you could have just thought 'OK, fair enough, he's answered reasonably, and without resorting to playground insults, so that's that then', but no, you instead keep it going.
I try to explain and to keep it reasonable. You argue and insult.
Yet I'm the one who needs "to get a life".
Maybe try it this time, if only for the sake of others having to read this stuff.

i always say to my kids, if you cant get on with each other, just go do something different away from each other.
