I can see a ufo as well, two little white dots to the right of the picture floating on the clouds.
 
They had 60kg dumbbells at the hotel which I’d never tried before. Got 3x3 but was out of breath. A sign to go for a walk now before work and get the fitness up. Nice day for it.
 
Always hated running, even though I used to do 3miles, 3 times a week when I was playing football, many moons ago. Lad wanted to do a parkrun but didn't want to do his first one on his own so I let him talk me into doing one this morning , my first run in about 35 yrs, finished it in 31 minutes exact, over the moon with that, was thinking 40 minutes at best. Great event.

I kind of get the appeal of the marathon itself. A nice day, atmosphere, vibes, raising money for a good cause etc.

Just the months of training and impact on the joints. Can’t be arsed. An hour outfield now and again at PowerLeague will do me and getting the weighted vest on for walks in summer.

Fitter than I've been in about 4 years. Going really well on the XC bike and the off piste machine... Couple of races all paid for and raring to go... Torn me ****ing hamstring doing the fancy dress fathers race at the kid's sports day. 12 weeks out. Goodbye summer. ****.

Swimming is good for recovery.
