It's interesting how quickly this vanished, isn't it. He's still not been arrested or charged.

Strange how they found women from 10/20 years ago for alleged incidents and yet they cannot find 1 name from all the Epstein occurrences.

I always thought at the time that the jab wouldn't stop me getting Covid but would stop me being hospitalized with it. That's the message I remember.

Was it? I don't remember seeing that claim. I was always of the understanding that the vaccine would massively reduce the number of people getting the virus/passing it on - and that was evidenced by the sharp fall in cases in 2021/2.....

Also, the vaccine reduced the risk of death

It wasn't a guarantee but it was better than doing absolutely nothing which is what some seemed to advocate.

Aye. That's the way they work.

Smallpox is the only virus man has ever eradicated. It was done by people getting it and developing immunity, and by vaccine. Without the vaccine we'd still be at risk and it was a very bad thing to catch.

I think it was late seventies or so that you still had to show evidence of having recieved the Smallpox vaccine to get entry to the US. Not sure quite when exactly, but before my first trip there, then they stopped it when they realised more people, ( a very, very tiny amount) were getting ill through the vaccine than from the virus!

They still have the bloody thing in a dish somewhere though.

I think that's the difference between the science and The Science. The science was concerned with this facts - we just didn't know but this is the best we can do in the timeframe, while The Science was politically motivated, exaggerated and absolute.

The media coverage and the ****e that was spouted on tv was a disgrace. We were given percentages and statistics all of which were aimed at control of the population. As an idea of the info we were given was that the Canary Islands were to be closed because of a 100% increase in covid cases the reality of this was that they had only had 1 case and then it went to 2. We were constantly being given figures for how many people had died but were not given figures of survival rates. My point being that although the information we were given may of been accurate were we given the correct or right information, we had to trust the people running the country to do the right things and IMO they did not always have our best interests at heart and may have done more damage than any of us realise at this present moment in time

That's the trouble with information, you don't know who to believe ....

'The Canary Islands have accumulated 323,329 cases of Coronavirus COVID-19 as of the 22nd March 2022. Of those cases, 13,801 are active 307,911 have recovered and 1,617 people have died.

The Ministry of Health of the Canary Islands Government have produced a public website to display the data of residents diagnosed with Covid-19, helping to understand the impact of the pandemic on the Archipelago.'

The info I referred to was given near the very start of the pandemic by our government on there official website, yes the numbers grew but the initial report was used to scare people into doing what was required. I don't think that the info we got was wrong my problem was always how it was given to us as a nation. The info that was widely reported was designed to elicit a compliant response from the nation. not sure if that is the correct course of action or not as some people will believe everything that is told to them and others like yourself will look it up and decide for themselves what they think the truth is.
I think for me if you give me statistics then try to make sure they are balanced, If you give me percentages then it should be the same, I always found the wearing of masks a bit weird and am still not sure this had any affect on the spread. My mother was frightened to leave the house and this continued after the end of the pandemic and she would quote government statistics about how dangerous it was, she would not let her grandkids visit out of fear of exposure and when she finally did would not give them hugs, all based on info given by experts trundled in front of the camera giving us info on a daily basis about how many people had died. She was convinced if you contracted covid you would more than likely die and would not listen to reason even when facts were put in front of her. I guess she was from a different generation and because near the start of the pandemic she had recently lost my dad I guess she was just scared, in the end she passed from cancer but was never quite the same woman that she was before the pandemic and I find that really sad and is something that I wish the government had handled better.

This was an mRNA vaccine that didn't pass tests like natural vaccines.

We could argue all day and not come to a conclusion, as you say it's all fed information.
One thing is for sure though.
