Oh yeah it doesn't bother me, I thought it was funny. Seemed pretty clear cut decision but no level of incompetence from referees or VAR surprises me nowadays.
It's feels like Angeball has continued to be shoddy at the back but now has no threat going forward. Guess it's a progression of tactics of sorts.
You had one ****ing job. I know you've had injuries this season but you're barely going to scrape 40 points. Surely Ange is in line for the sack by the Summer if this doesn't improve?
He was recklessly out of control ... this is where Rugby has got it right (once again) - red card reviews look at the intent combined with a responsibility to ensure the safety of your opponent at all times ... That was one of the worst tackles I've seen in years ...
If we're going down that route we'll be examining the intent and potential of every bad tackle. Was a bad tackle but nothing happened, should have been a red. Didn't injury him, could have injured him mildly or could have injured him badly depending on all kinds of factors. When we have tackles actually hitting, like De Jong in the 2010 world cup final and the Millwall keeper, ones that didn't aren't the same.
