Five teams going for the last one or two Champions league places. Don’t think we’ll catch Forest. Us, city, Chelsea, villa and Brighton. It’s in our hands.
if we qualify for the champions league, it’ll be a great season.

We have a good run now, but Forest's is ok too. Win our game in hand and difference is only 4 points.

Our next 5 games are good fixtures for us, just win all of those.

Looking at Wilson, we just need to sign Liam Delap at the end of the season man. I think it would be a ****ing insane signing for us.

I'm expecting us to sign 3-4 borderline first teamers who are upgrades on players around the edges and it's going to make some peoples heads explode. I feel like it's going to be like 2023 where we signed a Tonali, Livramento and Hall (on loan) and people spend 12 months complaining about a waste of money before realising that Howe prefers to bed people in over the course of 6-12 months and then graft them into the first team.

I'm happy with that approach but will mean players like Pope, Schar, Murphy, etc (who are the ones we'll be replacing) will still be first team in September and not phased out until the following Summer.

And whilst we've got that nice run there's games like Forest-Villa (which are win-win for us). Chelsea are poor at the moment too, they've got something like 25 points from their last 20 games and are living off a great start to the season when they looked like they could be challanging for the title.

3 difficult games from the last 9 (and 6 nice ones). Villa (A), we have a nice record against them and that game is after they've played PSG midweek in their second leg. Arsenal (A), we have a nice record against them and hopefully they'll have played in Europe midweek, certainly seems likely they'll have less to play for than us. Brighton (A), yeah we'll lose that one.
