NTD I will be shocked if Pigeon Island isn't given his traditional out the back tactics as its the way the horse likes to run.
But the last two runs he's been asked nothing until there's no way he can win , I don't mind him being kept at back but needs producing earlier so he's put in race else he will just b staying on past beaten horses again . If that's the case again today he's definitely being campaigned with a 3m handicap at the festival in mind . He's very capable of beating this field just hope he's given the chance
I see that the McCoy boy has opted for Sunnyhillboy over Mr Henderson’s Quantitativeeasing in the big handicap chase at Cheltenham on Saturday. Is he brave or stupid?!? If I'm honest I don't think tomorrow's card at the Gloucestershire venue is the greatest that they've ever put on. In saying that though would take Mr Henderson to have a first and 'lucky last' race double whilst the X-Country looks as fascinating contest as ever - a lot of old faves in action.
I agree he was played too late last time but he wouldn't have had a chance with Swing Bill as he has always needed his reintroduction run. Its definitely a case of getting the tactics right more than anything.
Agreed tactics is the key , even tho I rate young Sam and have seen him run some excellent rides they do tend to be from the front like hello bud in last years bechers and little josh in last years pp gold cup , so I do have a nagging doubt if he's as good as producing a horse from behind as he is at making the running
Virender Sehwag hit a new ODI best score of 219 off 149 balls with 25 4s and 7 6s. In other news Rooney's ban is reduced to 2 matches
Bloody 'ell Oddy... Thats some strike rate and score... He is some talent Sehwag... And to think Boycott and Tavare used to be our openers once over... That would take them 149 overs let alone 149 deliveries...
Gone with tastevin in the 1.40 got 10s this morning , see that young willysount has also been supported in the market so class that as the main danger
