You can't claim to know something that was pretty much common knowledge anyway, the only part of your post that was new information was the part about him not playing the last 5 games and based upon his instagram post that's a load of ****e.

That's a bit ominous, for what it's worth Id be absolutely amazed if Jobe is with us next season.

He's simply too good for us.

Players move on mate. I suspect there are others in the squad whose agents are looking at options for the summer. Take a look at Trent at Liverpool as an example. Everyone knows he is off at end of season. He has still been trusted by his teammates and coaches to play. I would trust him if needed, and I reckon his teammates will.

As a club we should have insisted this is stays until the end of the season till its announced. Its embarrassing and amateurish behaviour from us yet again. How can Watson be looked at the same way ever again now from our fans with such a big few months ahead

If I had to guess it was agreed in January and the media have caught wind and forced the clubs to announce it. Unfortunate really because it creates a narrative around Watsons commitment

We couldn't agree a fee in Jan. We're now 3 months ahead of that. Tbis has nothing to do with anything that happened in the window. These are obviously negotiations that have continued behind the scenes with Watsons input in also pushing for it to happen

He travelled down to Brighton to get it done in Jan. That says it all.

We dont need players like him now anywhere near our first team.

It has put us in an invidious position imo being leaked now. Watson is under pressure from some fans if this forum is anything to go by. Regis knowing he will be under scrutiny if he plays him. Even our recruitmen team, no doubt trying to do their own business, will have those on the other side of the negotiating table looking to squeeze a bit more out of us.

Oh aye. My point he has still played and his teammates dont seem to have minded. I reckon same with our players. They wont be upset if Mundle is injured and Watson plays.

He'd get plenty of gametime judging by their midfield performance tonight. Casemiro would look poor in the over 40s leagues.

Unfussed really. Good fee for a second choice left winger and the kid has done less than nothing to earn any sort of sentimental attachment.

Who knows mate. Still doesn't sit right at all to me to develop and nourish a player as a young kid to then break into our our first team, to then drive down to Brighton in Jan to try finalise a deal and then to then after seeing it not agreed then have it announced in April juat before arguably one of the biggest run of games ahead of us in our history to try and regain our rightful place in the Prem

Surely we keep jobe at least for a season if we go up. Valuation rockets up if he has a few good games in the prem

We'll keep him and Rigg if we go up. If not then we lose them. Simple as that really.

Weve got alot to gain and alot to lose these next remaining games
