My train is meant to leave right now and some dozy old bint has fallen over getting onto the train. Like a footballer going down injured a yard from the sideline just get her off and get on with it.

Missed our signal now. Inconsiderate cow.

Worthington £1.10 a pint lol.

Spoons I think normally do the £1 pints in January because it's when people do the dry Jan thing, and of course that's when it hurts the pockets of publicans, to still get that in March is remarkable.

Ours have had Ruddles at £1.19 paintball month and 3 others, they vary the selection, at £1.99 since the new year. Beer festival on atm

Yeah Ruddles is generally their cheapest one, I don't mind a Ruddles if it's a month when much isn't on - they had an 8% version one time I think it was, might have been higher, I ****ed that off though, I just generally find it rare I enjoy a beer once it gets to that strength, I make exception for certain ones.

I like it when they do the beer festival, lot more choice of local ales I think. Although to be fair they normally have three or four different ones on the pumps, will have to pop by one and have a look soon.

Made me laugh, thinking of me going in there and having to try them all. <laugh>

If I'm with my lad we normally order different pints, which makes it easier, then we work out who's made the decent choice.

Most the lads I drink with stay on the same **** lager no.matter where we go, there's only my 2 walk mates that like to vary it like me. You don't eat the same food each night so why drink the same stuff when you go out.

ah ****ing hell mate, I don't bet, but if I did I couldn't be going to a place that limited it's range to that sort of stuff, like some pub companies do. It's bad enough drinking at the football club, over-priced ****, served by people who really don't care.

The Guinness is top tbh, as always been very good, stupid money as you say, just a day out with the lads, been doing it about 25 yrs now, this will very likely be my last.
