Sexy Poll changing to Off Topic...

Been discussing this with Skalpel and others, who wanted an Off Topic sub forum created like the Sexy Poll one for all our Off Topic needs, so everything doesn't get messed up with the football stuff

Instead though, it's been suggested we just change the Sexy Poll sub forum into an Off Topic sub forum. (Just by changing the title)

Wondered what the general consensus was, and whether or not people would agree this is a good idea?


edit; just to clarify, the sexy poll thread is in a sub forum of its own called 'sexy poll', so the sexy poll would still live in there, the sub forum title would just be changed to "off topic" to include everything OT.

I'm not fussed either way.

 

Great idea as I don't really like posting off topic threads but cant be arsed to go to GC for my OT thread so this is a good idea

But I would rather not to be honest as by doing that we'd be doing another GC but just for Newcastle fans. Like it the way it is and don't really like the thought of opening 2 tabs , but if it bothers some people then I don't really mind.

 

As long as the password is changed, so that the General Chat lot don't know.

 

Well, I really don't mind at all either way. Makes no difference to me. Just seeing what everyone's opinions are. Don't wanna upset the apple cart!

I think it's a good idea, would tidy this forum up by not being full of OT threads.

 

I think it is a great idea as it gives a home to the general chat, much better on here than on the actual general chat, some people may not like my opinion but I am just on here for the banter and to be friendly.

As a side issue, could you ask Mick to move the Sexy Poll sub forum to the bottom of the page so we don't have to scroll past it, it's like having an extra six stickys at the top of the page.

I'm fine the way it is. Usually get a good mix. Obviously in summer or international breaks there ain't much footy chat but that's to be expected. Everyone seems happy enough at the moment.

 

I'd rather not, but I'm sure I'll get used to it if we do.

eBar is just one thread though and there's always a ton of offtopic threads daily. If you condense all off topic discussion to one thread it would be impossible to have a conversation.

 

I like it the way it is, but I think there should be a poll to decide
