157 grand !

What is it these days with people !

Same as the wee English guy last year , family ended up with over a 100k
157 grand is probably about 4 years wages for that guy. His wife and kids have lost him forever. No amount of money can make up for that but at least they won't have to worry about the mortgage and shìt.

Show some Christian charity you horrible Viewpark git.

Reactions: EDGE.
When my wife died i was working in Grangemouth. The guys had a whip round and when I returned to work they gave me over 3 grand. I was in tears. People, who aren't from Viewpark, are essentially very decent.

People die everyday in tragic accidents . You raise for them? Ot was It is it just because this guy died going to watch Rangers…

If he didn’t have travel insurance (who travels without travel insurance) , then aye - raise funds to get him home and pay for a funeral . It’s a tragedy and the wife and kids must be in bits .

Dare say the wife will have a life assurance policy to cover mortgage etc (hopefully)

47 games without a red card in Scotland.

Pattern of assistance?

Make it make sense.

All that is true. He would have travel insurance. He will have life insurance that will pay off his mortgage, if he had one. Raising funds for his kids future without him is a good thing.
