I saw him last night hanging around by Chicken George. Was so tempted to ask him so many question such as why on earth did you give Reams soooo many prawns and where’s your wallet for new players but I had my daughter with me so decided not to embarrass her (for once)

I'd not have passed up on an opportunity like that, it would have been fantastic to get an off the record porky out of the cheesy faced toad.

Following an upturn in the club’s fortunes, the brown nosing has started again.

Consistency or basic intelligence has never been his strong point, but he wanted the SMT out all of two months ago.

A complete phoney, who plays certain people like a fiddle.

Unfortunately Ackers garbled his thoughts when he met him by chance in the week. It’s interesting that in his 18 months at Charlton, Methven has never made himself available for a conversation with ordinary fans.

It’s either leaking favourable tit bits to handpicked brown nosers, or a heavily vetted & stage managed TV appearance.

I wonder why ?

Agreed, he did do Bromley and was called out by a mate of mine and his nose was put out of joint badly.
But of course he'll not speak 'off the record'.

My question to him at the last Q&A was why hadn’t he been held accountable for our worst season in 100 years.

For some strange reason, it wasn’t asked …

They even applauded Scott's term in office<doh>.

It looks like Gerry Adam's is out of the door as well, Charlie knows his stuff<laugh>. I bet the replacements will not be of his recommendations.
