It's just another pagan ritual that mussies stole, and it's not even 'fasting'. All they do is miss out dinner and try to claim it's some big deal. Most of them actually put on weight during the so called fast.

Worked with a guy who brought those sandwiches into work and then used the works canteen toastie machine to make them into toasties. Hot egg mayo !!!
