Some people like retro, I understand, but those people have lost. It'll be all about design. If it's 70k and taller than St James Park, on that footing, then it must be compact.

Some of you really need to embrace change, and stop finding ways to dislike growth. It's all in your limbic system not some old concrete and scaffolding.
If it's 70k and steep (as in height) it's be amazing. All the other facilities (bars, clubs, cheese rooms) will take up the additional floor space.

Has anyone on here been away to Spurs yet? I went last year when they bummed us 1-4.... if our stadium bests that, it'll be some effort.

FWIW - The Tottenham Hotspur Stadium took three years to build, from 2015 to 2019. However, the project was in development for almost two decades.

Timescales probably about right for a 2030 start.

Wasn't the cheese room binned? We should have a Pastie room, make a fortune.
