Just listened to the steve L interview he says Bristol City is well respected in the football world-why has no one come in and purchased or invested if that is the case link here -https://www.bbc.co.uk/sounds/play/p0kswpdf
No bullies in the MIDDLESBRO team then ................ ps TBH thought he needed to step up a notch or to looks like tonight was a leap .............
I'm pleased for him and for the team, that he got 2 goals, and we won the game; however, it doesn't change the view I've formed of him in his previous 20 or so games. I hope he uses this to kick on, he showed great promise in his first few games, lets hope he rediscovers that between now and May.
No chance We’re obviously gambling on what we have to do the job Sound familiar ? But who knows, it might just work
Can’t recall in the closed season. He’s doing well jumping up from non league to league one. So he will be ready next year for us.
15 minutes in and 'Zac having a great game' 1For, you were conspicuous by your absence not commenting on Zac at Cardiff. City would be in the top 6 but for Vyner.
That’s harsh on Zak, RP, even for you. He is the best passer of the ball amongst our CBs by quite a distance. His problem is, he overplays it at times and it doesn’t work out. I prefer his distribution ability to that of Dickie.
Supcon Neither Dickie or Vyner are great passers of a football. Dickie, I agree, hasn't had the stellar season he had last year. And I think McNally has covered our shortcomings at the back this year. However Dickie is light years in front of Vyner as a defender. Dickie wins 90% of crosses into our box and our main threat in the air in opposition boxes. Tbf - a few years ago under Pearson, Vyner was quite often an attacking threat at set pieces but so far he's been anonymous this season.
I agree, Zak’s long range passing has improved no end. Dickies passing and distribution is poor and worries me at times but does defend well.. You’re definitely harsh on Zak RP but heyho
