Scotland pretty dire today. Error after error, but Ireland really should be punishing them.

At last they score.

Scotland losing two backs including their playmaker and none left on the bench, could get messy.

100% agree - Scotland have been abysmal so far.

This could get ugly for the Scots in the 2nd half. This is the most disjointed they’ve been in a long while, nothing is working out for them

Try right on HT for Scotland puts a slightly different complexiton on the half time talk in each dressing room...... sloppy play by Ireland off that final scrum....

Ireland have re-asserted themselves on the game after a brief revival by Scotland in first 10 minutes of 2nd half..... currently 11-29

Power wins rugby games. Scotland have unbelievable backs but are consistently found wanting in the physicality stakes.
At least 2 or 3 of their players showed tonight why they are not Lions standard despite the media hype.

France v Ireland now a decider and if France win, England are right in the mix.

And gatlands gone
Inevitable really …..

When he was reappointed, his job was to get us out of the RWC Pool against the Aussies and Fijians.

He achieved that - lost somewhat unluckily in some respects to the Pumas in Marseille in the Quarter Final (as Max Boyce would say ‘I know ‘coz I was there!).

That would have been the best / right time for him to have walked away, with his head held high and his legacy largely intact.

A sad ending for a guy who helped Wales punch above its weight for a period of time - albeit his record against the Southern Hemisphere’s ’Big 3’ was distinctly average: we still haven’t beaten the ABs in my lifetime …. and probably won’t now…..

Not quite sure how England won that. Scotland played the better rugby for me.

Watched the 2nd half and found it fairly boring...... Scotland showed more ambition than England but all in all it was underwhelming.....

If you read back through my posts l, you’ll understand the respect I have for Welsh rugby. We were lucky ish tonight. Wales will come good. Please leave Eastbury alone

I don’t think we would get Easterby from you <cheers>
