Just seems to be a complete lack of urgency at times. That’s why I think it’ll go down to the wire
Tbf, it was a lot worse in that respect under Rosenior.
There's more 'urgency', or could say energy and effort to get it forward and to actually score, than there was under him. We were still passing back to CB's then back to the keeper from positions deep in their half with only minutes still to go.

Not interested what’s gone on before, Home form and all that, it’s about time this side shows some bottle at the Mkm, togethernesses, fight, spirit and anything else you want to call it. It’s all about being together, who ever plays get out there, get stuck in and out fight. We have the quality to get out of this mess, well show it, regarding fans it’s not the time to name call or be negative it’s back the side and push them through brick walls, No turning up and thinking “here we go again we are at home.” The past as gone, get to that stadium and if you wanna moan, moan at the ref, scream at every bad decision, be bias, force decisions our way because to us on Saturday we need these three points more than any other club in the football league. Back and be loud.

Modern football unfortunately. Mitigate chaos is seen as the best way of winning, that makes sense when you are winning not when you need to.

Roseniors ability to gel the signings last January is looking more and more underrated.
Carvalho aside who really came in Jan that made the side consistently though? Omur maybe but didn’t have huge impact.

His ability to turn average into above average seems to be his forgotten quality. Likes of Slater, Jones etc all look like they don’t belong at champ level these days yet last season were consistent 7/10s

Zaroury? Ohio improved as well. Omur was reasonable without the direct output.

Zaraory I feel made us worse on balance because Philogene also got worse as he had to play on the right. He started every game in the 6 game winless run after the Southampton win that pretty much killed our playoff hopes. He was okay but I think his introduction came at a greater cost to the team. Omur and Carvalho looked like they’d played for us for years though

Omur was 100x the player under Rosenior as he has been under Walter or Selles. Got to have been more than meets the eye going on there.
He’s just not a forward. He’s an Bernardo Silva type, someone who ties it all together for players with more quality to put in the final balls. Been used as a wide forward since Rosenior left. Would be much better as one of the midfield 3 if we had the physicality in the other 2 to accomodate which we don’t

hindsight and all, but they are paid well to make the decisions

zaraoury was an awful signing that made us worse, and it was one too many signings
i think hes mega over rated from that one season with burnley

too many signings **** you over

Lokilo would’ve looked good in that Burnley side that year

With you on the too many signings. I've asked before about in the summer window we have to get players in early get them to do a pre season, up to speed with philosophy ****, up to fitness levels but yet in January it OK to bring in a boat load of players randomly sprinkle them throughout the team never play the same team twice because everybody has to have a go.

in my opinion
and its not even a judge on their abilities but for the squad

egan
lincoln
matazo
amrabat

should not have been signed

its bloat, and constant chopping and changing the team

barry, gelhardt, crooks, joseph and a full back would have been better

I agree on the too many signings my point was that this season is demonstrating that we actually did better than could be expected with so many signings coming in. As more context gets added roseniors time in charge looks better and better.

Look at Plymouth and the touch ups they made and how it has them playing.
