Did you not see Bruno’s attempted murder on the Birmingham player?

He or Joelinton do that most weeks, we've become blind to it now.

I didn't think this was going to be an easy match, I know they aren't a great team but given they're at home and were likely to up their performance then I worried a little when I saw our changes. We've "done enough" but no more, of course there's 5 mins for an equaliser and penalties yet...

No, but I quoted you because you had said ' I read something somewhere', while basically accusing Liverpool of breaking transfer records and, ergo, it being just the same as City now.

And United had been mentioned in the same breath, in the same conversation, earlier.

It's called a conversation. Or a thread, in social media world.

I could have quoted a couple of the other Newcastle posters but they're ****ing idiots with zero knowledge, so I quoted you instead.

<ok>

I might be wrong but wasnt Shearer a transfer record to the toon?

Or are we keeping that quiet?...

I never said transfer records were bad or that it was only Liverpool or Man Utd who had them. The entire point of my post was that teams that spend money tend to do better, it's not even a controversial take. Most of the players people have mentioned as some kind of counter argument are people who were bought for big money and helped their team do better. That was my point!

Delighted for willock after the abuse he got, and coming through being kicked off the pitch today.

I like our team and I like the intensity with which we play but I think there's plenty of fans of Premier League teams who would fund it amusing about us commenting negatively about the physicality of other teams. I like Joelinton but **** rugby, he's playing American Football some games.

There's physical and there's that.
Pleased we stood up to it and got away without any injuries.. I think.
