Who needs expensive kit when you have real talent and an understanding of how many sounds you can get from a bucket.
Don't perform with buckets outside swansea station though, the jacks get all nostalgic when they hear buckets getting tapped
The problem with today’s plastic pop is that it’s just the same old same old. This parody of the four chord song sums it up. I think it’s quite funny. https://www.google.com/gasearch?q=g...ate=ive&vld=cid:9f59c1b5,vid:5pidokakU4I,st:0
The wife and I know these boys personally. They have brilliant voices and harmonise very well. We’ve known them for years - my wife taught one of them when she was working. We are on first name terms and Louie gave the Mrs a really nice painting he’d done as a thank you when he left school. They used to perform at school concerts - their rendition of ‘Oh Holy Night’ a few years back in our local church brought tears to the eyes. Please don’t misunderstand me; I hate competitions like The Voice and X-Factor, but those lads are human and they will read this and feel the ‘anger’ from articles like this. I probably sound hypocritical because they are travelling down the commercial music route that I hate so much, but they are personal friends and I don’t like to see their talents disrespected. They are bloody good at singing in harmony and they are really nice guys. https://www.gbnews.com/celebrity/tom-jones-itv-the-voice-defend-billy-louie-retirement
I’m currently obsessed with Dan Auberbach of the Arcs & the Black Keys. Plus his solo stuff. If anyone is bored then just listen to him. Trust me and just go for it. You’ll be blown away.
This must be one of the most beautiful pieces of music ever. How the fk did this guy write this with no tech to help and prompt him? https://www.google.com/search?q=clair de lune&rlz=1CDGOYI_enGB885GB885&oq=&gs_lcrp=EgZjaHJvbWUqCQgAECMYJxjqAjIJCAAQIxgnGOoCMgkIARAjGCcY6gIyCQgCECMYJxjqAjIJCAMQIxgnGOoCMg8IBBAuGCcYrwEYxwEY6gIyCQgFECMYJxjqAjIJCAYQIxgnGOoCMgkIBxAjGCcY6gIyCQgIECMYJxjqAjIJCAkQIxgnGOoCMgkIChAjGCcY6gIyCQgLECMYJxjqAjIJCAwQIxgnGOoCMgkIDRAjGCcY6gIyCQgOECMYJxjqAjIJCA8QIxgnGOoCMgkIEBAjGCcY6gIyCQgRECMYJxjqAjIJCBIQIxgnGOoCMgkIExAjGCcY6gIyEQgUEAAYAxhCGI8BGLQCGOoCMhEIFRAAGAMYQhiPARi0AhjqAjIRCBYQABgDGEIYjwEYtAIY6gIyEQgXEAAYAxhCGI8BGLQCGOoCMhEIGBAAGAMYQhiPARi0AhjqAtIBDTMwNTc0Nzk3NmowajeoAhmwAgHiAwQYASBf&hl=en-GB&sourceid=chrome-mobile&ie=UTF-8#fpstate=ive&vld=cid:8ca728c3,vid:WNcsUNKlAKw,st:0&ebo=0 It’s mindblowingly beautiful. it’s a huge link but I promise it’s genuine - it’s Clair de Lune by Debussy.
To celebrate her 66th birthday, I spent most of yesterday listening to the wonderful music of Helen Folasade Adu CBE. Also spliced the mainbrace in her honour.
Reading an obit didn’t know her daughter was a tv/film star. She was great in the US version of the Office. https://www.google.co.uk/search?sca...mMQmxMoAHoECB0QAg&biw=520&bih=993&dpr=3#ebo=0
I’ve just read the winners and nominees for the Grammys. I haven’t heard of the vast majority of them. A lot of one word named artistes who mean SFA to me. Bizarrely The Stones get a major award as do the Beatles even though they haven’t been a band since @1970.
Produced some great music. A really weird way to lose a life though. 3 little birds is probably my favourite track of his.
