I’m not a fan of tattoos but even if I wasn’t I wouldn’t do it because even if I looked at every tattoo artists catalogue and spent a year choosing , a week after having it I know I’d be thinking “ wish I’d gone for one of the others”

That's why I get a tattoo that means something to me. Even if I see a design I change it slightly so it's not something that anyone else would get done
This was the last one I got, in 2018. It was to cover up one I got in 1982 which had lost all its colour.

Is this the guy that’s doing celebrities now? It’s who my stepdad uses, I just know he’s from your way and called Luke. His work is incredible. Must be the same guy.
My chest is badly scarred from an incident as a kid. Raised scars all over it. Had it done yesterday and the pain was incredible from start to finish. I’m animal daft, they’re my passion, so I had them covered with this.
I’ll post up the pic of the tattoo once it’s fully healed.

Nah. I use a guy in Yorkshire. Can’t get in with Luke. He doesn’t take any new customers on now only in exceptional circumstances. He done my step dad’s back piece though and it looks amazing. I’ll try get a picture of it.
Lass I used to work with had massive colourful tattoos on each arm - one was a collage of My Little Pony and the other a homage to the Disney film Frozen

My lad has a black and white full arm sleeve all around Greek mythology. It looks pretty good tbh.
I’ve got four. I have a mandala on my left arm which is a cover up of a rose done in 1984 in the tattoo studio in an amusement arcade in Aldershot. A starburst design on the right arm. A comic devil on my arse cheek and the Ironman triathlon symbol on my left ankle.
I’d like to get two more, which are a bit kitschy. We had to say goodnight to Chaos our Husky a couple of years ago. We have his paw print so would like that somewhere. And in 2005 we lost our cat, Emily and I’d like something to memorialise her.
