January Transfer Rumours

The most uneventful transfer thread ever.

Should we be annoyed we never managed to get anyone over the line or is it a good sign that better than what we have just wasn’t being made available.

I look at the rivals, Sunderland have someone decent, the rest might strengthen the clubs they have joined but they’d not get any game time with us.

With one eye on the PL you can’t help feel we were watching the pennies ready to strengthen in the summer, yes we need to get there first, hopefully we’ve not missed someone who’d have made a positive difference

 

careful look what happened last season in the run in ! we are coming in about 3 weeks lol we have Isador the best in the championship and Mayenda plus Watson. le fee, top 2 here we come.

I think the club has left themselves open for criticism of not learning past lessons. A forward at least would have signalled we are going for it. Who knows, time will tell.

Gotta love an optimistic mackem... hope you guys finish second as long as it's behind us. Good game last night, breaks fell your way, but you probably feel you were due some after double penalty misses etc.

 

Though not really sure we can count Schmidt in that given he rarely plays.
