Yup, I can put up with bluster because that's easy to ignore, but yesterday he went into ****** mode quicker than I even thought was possible. Trouble is there is no one around him with the balls to tell him to stfu....as you say pussies.
I’ve always thought the “bluster” is just a smokescreen which creates chaos and confusion for most, whilst his real agenda which is self serving flies under the radar.
He deliberately surrounds himself with sycophants in order that nobody will question him. It’s extremely short sighted as even the best minds need somebody to offer them advice that will sometimes contradict their opinions, but Trump sees anybody who disagrees with him as disloyal and he makes enemies of them instead. It’s the symptom of an extremely thin skinned person who is probably quite insecure underneath the ego and bravado. He’ll personalise everything and attacks the person, rather than dealing with the actual issues being discussed. It shows that he doesn’t possess the ability to understand issues in depth. which is demonstrated by him wanting all of his briefings reduced to one A4 sheet of paper lol Like you say, the bluster and guff is easy to ignore, but when he goes after people for no reason, it puts them at risk because he has the power to destroy their careers and not to mention his following of nutters who have already demonstrated that they’ll take the law into their own hands.
... he has an IQ of 156 ... according to ... ...him ... strangely he has resisted all requests to have his claim tested
lol, his voters are about to find out what tariffs do to prices, they're going to be forced to buy American, which means German rices for Chinese quality. then there's the gas prices they hate so much, Canada supplies most of it, 25% price increase. Oh, and both pilots involved in the crash were white, for ure he'll try and spin it though, there'll be some one who'll fit the DEI and get blamed.
https://news.sky.com/story/washingt...ed-as-helicopter-black-box-recovered-13300599 The name of one of the three soldiers killed in the plane crash in Washington is not being released. The army identified two of the soldiers killed when an American Airlines jet and a military helicopter collided mid-air as Staff Sergeant Ryan Austin O'Hara and Chief Warrant Officer 2 Andrew Loyd Eaves. However, it made the unusual decision, at the request of the family, not to release the name of the third soldier.
There's conflicting evidence in the flight altitude data, by as much as 100ft, by the flight data recorder versus the ATC...stating, clearly one of these measures is not true.
The U.S. Army has identified Captain Rebecca M. Lobach as one of the three soldiers aboard a Black Hawk helicopter involved in a deadly midair collision near Washington D.C. https://www.newsweek.com/rebecca-lobach-washington-dc-american-airlines-black-hawk-crash-2024784 Apparently the release of name was authorised by the family, according to this... https://www.army.mil/article/282772/army_identifies_third_soldier_involved_in_helicopter_crash At the request of and in coordination with the family, the Army is releasing the name of the third Soldier who died while performing a training mission near Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport on Jan. 29. Capt. Rebecca M. Lobach, of Durham, North Carolina, served as an aviation officer (15A) in the regular Army from July 2019 to January 2025. She has no deployments. She was assigned to the 12th Aviation Battalion, Ft Belvoir, Va. Her awards include the Army Commendation Medal, Army Achievement Medal, National Defense Service Medal and Army Service Ribbon. Our deepest condolences go out to her family, and all the families who are mourning the loss of their loved ones impacted by this devastating accident. We continue to work with the families of our fallen Soldiers and support the ongoing investigations. The Army is also releasing the following statement on behalf of the family of Rebecca Lobach.
On a serious note tho, Reform winning would highlight a huge problem with our system, the amount of positions that need filling by the ruling party makes it near impossible for a none established party to just win a landslide and hop in. Reform right now don't even have enough competent MPs to fill the cabinet. If they won an election in 5 years they would have an influx of 200+ mps, they would need to pluck from that 200+ people they think can do a job at cabinet level, all while Farage wouldn't even know most of them. Even if the Lib Dems, who have been a third party for like 20 years, won an election or came close they would not have enough people on hand. Based on incompetence alone, both Reform or the Liberals would need to convince people to defect
Andrea Jenkins is the only one who could offer experience but she isn’t an MP and is running for Lincolnshire Mayor. Lee Anderson has had more parties than P Diddy. people will say they are getting people involved/excited about politics. But their only line is Reform will make things better….without filling any real detail. Tice did agree with Labour on the WASPI pensions stance, which would have hurt their core support age group.
They had this problem when they were trying to field candidates for the last GE. Farage and the leadership didn't even know the people they were fielding and ended up putting up candidates for MP who'd made all sorts of racist and misogynistic comments.
This is the other thing about Reform that some people don't realise. They are attracted to them because they speak like Trump on sending home the immigrants But like Trump they are also up for massive deregulation, which basically means allowing businesses to bypass worker rights, consumer quality & safety standards etc and Farage himself has openly called for an insurance style health system in the past. Alongside his buddy Trump, they would carve up the NHS to the vultures who want to make money from it.
