Maybe you was in Liverpool?

time warped mvfkrs

Place stuck in the 60’s

contains highest percentage of over 40’s with replica shirts on in the UK by far

I drive through penny lane and you see ****s every week stood in that **** hole street getting pics taken with some run down nasty house and with the street sign.

My gal asked me…would you like to go there?

first I said

‘r u daft?’

Then I said

‘this is why I appreciate being a Muslim…rather worship a real god and go to Mecca init’

@Sucky to confirm

In my dream we were going to visit a place that time had forgotten about, so yes it could have been Liverpool.

Newcastle must run it close.

Chelsea ticket bought <diva>
How do you get away tickets for Liverpool?

I've just started going to more Arsenal games finally. It looks like you can only get an away Arsenal ticket if you have enough away points. And you can only get an away point by going to an away game. Seems like an impossible situation.

Are you a member? ...(your postings suggest you are <whistle>) ... members can usually apply for away tickets too ... but precedence will always go to season ticket holders ... used to be that way, at least ...

You need 25 away points to even get onto rung one of buying a Leicester away ticket. So to be able to get to your first away ticket, you must have been to at least 25 away games already. Just impossible. I suppose at least it ensures only the absolute hardcore always get the away tickets week after week.

Liverpool clearly hand them out like confetti to, even to cat 3 fans.

That causes a lot of arguments, season ticket holders being given priority on away tickets. I tend to find away fans are the more loyal bunch, they make a lot of noise when they travel, more than their own home fans, and they are more hardened to poor results, less fickle.

The problem I see with ST's getting priority, a lot of ST's pick and choose their away games, the more local (derby) or glamourous ties. Whereas away fans will go to every away game, but may not have the means to outlay an ST cost all at once.

I use to enjoy the away games more than the home games, too many fairweather fans.

I accept some ST's go to a fair amount of away games, but I still think it should be done on points, rather than just being a STHolder. How do you build up the away points, start by going to **** less glamourous games that others are not interested in.

Do you get points for going to away cup games, ie Exeter on a November Tuesday night lol.

You could just do what Sucky does ... he moves his armchair to the other end of the room for away games <whistle>

Liverpool? I'm a Saints fan mate hence the Championship avatar.

We do a points system as well but obviously it's nowhere as difficult as it is for the big clubs although it's becoming harder by the season seemingly.

Well I say points system it's just a count of recent aways and it resets to current season each Christmas time. Which is good as it prevents the closed shop you see elsewhere.

I think it's right STH's get priority tbh as they're generally putting the most money into the club. It's a listed benefit with us. One thing we've never done which I don't like is count members away games which never sat right with me that a member with 0 away games got same chances as a member with 4.

You're right though about going to unfashionable games and putting the miles in to get the rewards. I'm looking forward to next season when there'll be a load of fans moaning about not being able to get Fratton tickets who couldn't be arsed following us this season while we were setting a record low points total.

No idea, domestic cups are dead to me because we don't win them

You ought to try driving from down South to Tranmere on a Friday night for a ****te L2 game, then you wonder why you can't get tickets, you answered your own question really.
