Yeah that's true, Ruud might do ok with Leicester in the championship next season as his teams are usually good at attacking
Aye shocking, he will be taking all the credit for what Rohl has done I don't think Rohl will walk away tho, he will stay for the fans and players until a good offer comes along
Seems a top bloke Rohl, imagine the job he’d do with some backing, I like sheff wed but for his sake I hope he gets a chance sooner rather than later
Meanwhile KLD isn't at games punching the air and posing for selfies when he easily could. He's carefully, quietly and skilfully put people in place and is allowing them to make decisions, learn on the job and develop ... just as the manager does. He's totally transformed the club in the face of some vile, and totally idiotic, attacks from a section of Sunderland supporters. Even now there are people, on RTG etc, commenting on the transfer targets and posting witless comments like, 'Oh look, his mam must have increased his pocket money' Fans of other clubs must look and wonder just how brainless and entitled we are.
I’ve all the time in the world for KLD he’d be well within his rights to be parading himself about given the job he’s done, I like that he’s private, seems he’s here for genuine reasons and hope he’s here for decades
I’ve said it earlier on here. As supporters we have to be careful about how we portray ourselves to the wider world. At the moment our stock is high in that respect as I’d like to think that most other clubs supporters think that we’re fairly decent. I just remember when we were last in the EPL and some of the comments I would read ‘over the road’ bordered on embarrassingly cringeworthy. I don’t want us, as a club, as a supporter base, or even in general to be thought of as arrogant or entitled. That should be reserved for them ‘up the road’ who have a significant minority of supporters that can and do display all of those qualities
There aren't many of them mind, but they make a lot of noise. If there is anyone who cannot see the improvement since KLD took over, or who questions his commitment, they really should try another past time. Go to the garden centre, or make some jam.
"West Bromwich Albion are delighted to confirm the appointment of Tony Mowbray as men’s first team Head Coach. The 61-year-old has signed a two-and-a-half-year contract and will take charge of his first game when the Baggies travel to Middlesbrough on Tuesday (ko 7.45pm)."
He's taken them back from where Cooper has them. Not great but grinding out results to keep them in with a chance, but since Cooper's gone they've got worse. The way things are shaping up both them and Southampton could be cut adrift in the next few weeks.
Good shout, but I think they’ll act once they are out of league cup and that they can’t win the league
He has no chance of pulling this around has he ... ... no real spine, no captain and no centre forward. They're just aimless aren't they.
Said it before and will continue to do so until he’s gone. Postecoglou is ridiculously lucky to still be in a job. Shambles
I get Spurs have injuries but Ange hasn't adapted at all - can't play as open as they do They are so easy to play through
